Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma degree in Architecture/Interior Design or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture/Interior Design.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience.

3. Capable of communicating in English.

4. Proficient in basic on-site measurement using measuring tools (measuring tapes, laser distance meters, etc.).

5. Capable of reading technical/design drawings well.

6. Proficient in basic design/supporting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or at least proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for creating quotations).

7. Detail-oriented, agile, and highly accurate in numerical calculations (for quotation needs).

Job Description

1. Record detailed existing site conditions (column points, utilities, slopes, etc.) required for design or project implementation needs.

2. Prepare simple budget plans (RAB) or quotation sheets based on site survey results and company pricing standards.

3. Coordinate with the internal team or supervisor regarding material availability before sending quotations to clients.

4. Document site survey results in the form of photos/videos and written reports.

5. Assist senior designer or project management teams with administrative tasks when necessary.
