Senior Manager – Data Science

About the role

Mensa Group is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Data Science to join our Corporate team and lead the development of our Data Science, Data Governance, and AI capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a scalable Data Science and Analytics infrastructure across Mensa Group

• Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes

• Identify business processes that can be improved or automated through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI

• Lead and develop the Data Science team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement

About you

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field

• Proven experience in building or developing Data Science / Analytics infrastructure

• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and data security principles

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI solutions in a business environment
