[357] Data Science Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end machine learning workflows to meet the company's business needs
• Ensure alignment between data analysis outcomes, proposed solutions, and overall business objectives
• Guide the selection and implementation of new machine learning techniques to enhance data-driven problem solving
• Coordinate analytics systems and predictive models to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate the performance of data-driven products as part of business solution development
• Drive the adoption and utilization of AI technologies to support informed business decision-making
• Ensure environmental impact, risk assessments, and operational risk controls are properly defined and implemented within the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles
• Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with ML frameworks and big data & visualization tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Tableau)
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for solving complex problems
• Willing to work from our Head Office in Mampang
