Data Center Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially strong Account Manager to grow FiberHome Indonesia's data center and AI infrastructure business. This role combines new-business development, executive customer engagement and cross-functional project coordination, from first opportunity to commercial closure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic accounts across data center operators, telecom/TowerCo groups, property and industrial park owners, investors, cloud/AI companies and related ecosystem partners.

• Identify greenfield and expansion opportunities for conventional, AI, modular/containerized and edge data center projects.

• Build relationships with Director, VP and BOD-level stakeholders; understand investment plans, decision criteria, procurement routes and project timelines.

• Coordinate internal teams and partners to shape competitive solutions covering power, UPS, cooling/liquid cooling, racks, server/GPU infrastructure, network, cabling, ELV and EPC/system integration scope.

• Drive customer workshops, proposals, tenders, commercial negotiation, contract closure and follow-up through project execution and payment.

• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and account plan, track competitors and market investments, and develop relevant local partners including EPC/MEP firms and consultants.

About you

• 3+ years in B2B sales / BD; direct data center exposure preferred

• Strong hunter mindset and ability to create opportunities independently.

• Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder project sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation and executive engagement skills.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, ICT, business or a related discipline.

• Willing to travel within Indonesia.

• Bahasa Indonesia + English fluency required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Preferred background: Data center operator / solution provider, ICT vendor / system integrator, EPC / MEP / power / cooling company, or Cloud, AI infrastructure or TowerCo ecosystem experience.
