Sales Staff – Pumps (Infrastructure Market)

Job Description

As a Sales Staff – Pumps (Infrastructure Market), you will play an important role in expanding business opportunities in the infrastructure market and managing the sales process from lead generation to order closing.

• Sell pump products to the infrastructure market, including water supply, wastewater, irrigation/flood control, contractors, and project consultants.

• Identify and develop leads and prospects, including contractors, consultants, and related institutions.

• Prepare quotations and technical documents together with the Engineering/Application team.

• Follow up tenders and projects through closing, including negotiation and order coordination.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and prepare visit reports, sales forecasts, and sales pipelines.

• Support other products within the Sales & Marketing Division as directed by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum D2/D3/S1, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience as a sales professional in industrial products, preferably in the infrastructure market.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Active English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willing to travel for business assignments.

• Willing to work under a contract employment arrangement, with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.
