Machining Supervisor

Job Description

As a Machining Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient Machining production through effective process control, productivity improvement, SQCD management, problem-solving, and team development.

• Manage and control Machining production activities based on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).

• Monitor production progress, productivity, and KPI achievement.

• Control machining processes and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Identify and solve production problems.

• Lead SQCT and Kaizen improvement activities.

• Manage, supervise, and develop Machining team members.

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production operations.

• Prepare production and performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Machining/Manufacturing, preferably with supervisory experience.

• Good knowledge of Machining processes and CNC.

• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of SQCT and Kaizen/continuous improvement.

• Able to manage and develop production teams.
