Sales Staff – Hayward Gordon Agitators (Mining Market)

Job Description

As a Sales Staff – Hayward Gordon Agitators (Mining Market), you will play an important role in developing business opportunities within the mining industry and managing the sales process from identifying opportunities through order closing.

• Sell Hayward Gordon agitators to the mining market, including mineral processing, leaching/CIL, and process tanks.

• Identify business opportunities within mining companies, EPC contractors, and processing plants.

• Prepare technical-commercial quotations together with the Technical Team/Principal.

• Manage the process from inquiry to order, including tender follow-up and negotiation.

• Maintain relationships with end-users, procurement, and engineering teams within mining companies.

• Prepare activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipelines, while supporting other products within the Sales Division.

Requirements

• Minimum D2/D3/S1, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience as a sales professional in industrial products, preferably in the mining market.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Active English communication skills.

• Able to understand customer technical requirements and conduct effective negotiations.

• Willing to travel for business assignments, including mining areas.

• Willing to work under a contract employment arrangement, with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.
