Job Description

As a Sales Staff – Hayward Gordon Mixers (Food Factory Market), you will play an important role in developing business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry and providing suitable mixing solutions based on customer process requirements.

• Sell Hayward Gordon mixers to food and beverage manufacturing companies.

• Develop prospects within F&B, dairy, sauces, beverages, and related industries, including contractors/OEMs.

• Understand customer mixing process requirements, including viscosity, hygienic requirements, and capacity, and prepare quotations together with the Technical Team.

• Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Prepare visit reports, sales forecasts, and sales pipelines, while supporting other products within the division.

Requirements

• Minimum D2/D3/S1, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience as a sales professional in rotating equipment, preferably within F&B production processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Active English communication skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel for business assignments.

• Willing to work under a contract employment arrangement, with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.
