Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

As the Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager at one of our subsidiaries, you will support the Company's commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will contribute to expanding the Company's B2B vehicle leasing business while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers.

• Manage the sales process from lead generation through proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract execution.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and service quality.

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to Management.

• Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and customer meetings.

• Assist in coaching and supporting junior sales team members.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial sales role.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

• Experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, automotive, transportation & logistics, equipment leasing, or related B2B service industries is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of commercial contracts and sales processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.
