Sales Mandarin Speaker (Weda, Jakarta, Bandung)

About the role

GeekHunter is hiring on behalf of our clients for Sales and Business Development opportunities in Weda, Jakarta, and Bandung, across industries including heavy equipment and digital marketing.

We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for business growth and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from client needs analysis and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.

• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, account management, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Prepare sales proposals, maintain CRM records, and monitor sales pipelines and targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate professionally in Mandarin and English during client meetings and business negotiations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin; HSK 4 or above is preferred for certain positions.

• Good command of English for business communication.

• Willing to work in Weda, Jakarta, or Bandung, depending on the position, and travel as required.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales preferred. Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome for selected positions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
