About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales (Mandarin Speaker) to join PT Sino Indonesia TCM Cooperation Centre in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst contributing meaningfully to our healthcare sales operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products and services to our diverse client base. You will leverage your Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and partners, opening doors to new business opportunities and strengthening our market presence in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers within the TCM healthcare market, utilising your Mandarin language abilities to build strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients

• Present and demonstrate TCM products and services to prospective customers, emphasising their benefits and value propositions

• Conduct sales consultations with customers, understanding their healthcare needs and recommending appropriate TCM solutions

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to interested clients

• Close sales transactions and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using company systems

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives

• Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights

What we're looking for

• Fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven sales experience in the healthcare, medical, or wellness industry

• Strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine products and services, or willingness to learn quickly

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a part-time capacity

• Proficiency in using sales tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and basic computer applications

• Indonesian language proficiency is highly desirable

• Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and consumer preferences

• Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset and commitment to achieving sales goals

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, growing business environment
