About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physiotherapy Doctor to join the team at PT SINO INDONESIA TCM COOPERATION CENTRE in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our diverse patient population. You will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary healthcare team, combining modern physiotherapy practices with traditional Chinese medicine principles to provide comprehensive patient care. Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and diagnoses for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and rehabilitation needs

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions and rehabilitation goals

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy and functional training

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as required to optimise clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and nursing staff, to ensure coordinated patient care

• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies and home exercise programmes to support long-term recovery

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Participate in continuing professional development and stay current with advances in physiotherapy and rehabilitation medicine

• Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services and clinical protocols

What we're looking for

• A Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy

• Valid professional licensure and registration as a Physiotherapy Doctor in Indonesia

• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation settings

• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation principles and techniques

• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment strategies

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription and electrotherapy modalities

• Experience in acute, subacute and chronic patient management across various groups

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Exceptional patient care focus with a commitment to achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes

• Knowledge of or interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles would be advantageous

• Ability to document clinical findings clearly and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

• Professional attitude, reliability and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice
