SALES EXECUTIVE – PACKAGING

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to develop the packaging products market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving the sales targets established by the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for packaging products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular visits to customers and prospective clients.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable packaging solutions.

• Prepare price quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with the Production and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mill, Mojokerto - East Java

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the packaging, paper, printing, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and willing to travel for business purposes.

• Having an established customer network in the manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer goods, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, will be an advantage.
