Receptionist

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members, and manage check-in procedures

• Manage court reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations through the booking system, telephone, and WhatsApp

• Provide accurate information on court availability, memberships, promotions, and facilities

• Monitor court schedules to ensure sessions start and end on time

• Coordinate with the Padel and F&B teams to deliver consistent service across the venue

• Manage equipment rentals and process payments through the POS system

• Support the organization of tournaments, social games, and venue events

• Address guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to the supervisor or manager where necessary

• Maintain accurate booking, payment, and guest records

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

About you

• Previous experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

• Experience in a sports club, fitness facility, hotel, or restaurant is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

• Proficiency in WhatsApp, booking systems, POS, and basic computer applications

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Professional appearance and a reliable, proactive attitude

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Interest in padel or sports is an advantage
