QHSE Officer

About the role

As QHSE Officer you are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the organization. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices to provide a safe, sustainable, and high-quality working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily routine safety briefings and mandatory inspections or check prior to the commencement of work

• Responsible for QHSE aspects including the sustainable environment of production operations and warehouse

• Focus on environmental aspects and sustainability, including energy consumption records, waste management and handling (separation, packaging, distribution, storage, transportation, including daily weighing waste by type), ensuring warehouse and production cleanliness, providing necessary explanations regarding new system approaches, coordinating with the QHSE manager for guidance, and supporting the line production and warehouse managers in achieving QHSE objectives and continuous improvement

• Capture all QHSE and sustainability activities related to production and warehouse every day in accordance with the contents of the Proper Daily QHSE and Sustainability Report, input all activities in accordance with the draft of proper daily QHSE and sustainability report, submit proper daily reports every day (at the latest by 7pm), as well as providing communicate and coordinate related to any discrepancies that occur on site to the QHSE Manager

About you

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QHSE or HSE roles

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards

• Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis

• Certified in AK3U (preferred)

• Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
