QC Manager Printing

We are ng a skilled and experienced QC Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerine Banten, where you will take a strategic leadership role in overseeing all quality control processes related to our printing operations. As QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all printed materials meet our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, whilst driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards for all operations

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of printed materials to ensure compliance with specifications and quality benchmarks

• Lead and supervise the QC team, providing training, guidance and performance management to ensure consistent quality delivery

• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Maintain detailed quality documentation and records, ensuring traceability and compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with production, design and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns and optimise printing processes

• Monitor key quality metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports and presenting findings to senior management

• Conduct supplier audits and manage relationships with external printing partners to ensure consistent quality standards

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging quality assurance technologies, recommending process improvements

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the printing department

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance and control, with at least 3 years in PRINTING company

• Proven expertise in printing quality standards, including offset printing, digital printing and related processes

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems

• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels

• Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
