Purchasing Officer (F&B)

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟, preferably in the F&B or Restaurant industry.
3. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess good communication skills.

𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨
1. Purchase food ingredients and restaurant operational supplies.
2. Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
3. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely deliveries.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team.
5. Prepare purchasing reports and evaluate supplier performance.
