Retaurant Supervisor

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

2. At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or similar role in the F&B industry.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cash handling.

5. Target-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

7. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

8. Willing to be assigned based on company operational needs.

𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨

1. Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs.

2. Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the outlet team.

3. Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

4. Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.

5. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

6. Drive sales performance and achieve outlet KPIs and business targets.

7. Prepare operational reports and coordinate with the Area Manager to improve outlet performance.
