Purchasing Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiation.

• Develop purchasing strategies to ensure competitive pricing, quality, availability, and timely delivery of materials and services.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop local and overseas suppliers to support business requirements.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, contracts, and other commercial terms with suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and business partners.

• Handle supplier issues, including quality, delivery, pricing, and other commercial matters.

• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.

• Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Able to communicate actively in Mandarin, both spoken and written.

• Comfortable communicating and negotiating with both local and overseas suppliers.

• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.
