About the role

Key responsibilities

• Search, select, and evaluate suppliers (raw materials, packaging, equipment, hygiene)

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers

• Maintain good relationships and prepare alternative suppliers

• Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations (quality, delivery timeliness, pricing)

• Create and approve Purchase Orders (PO) in ESB

• Monitor goods receipt, incoming stock, and outgoing stock in ESB

• Set par levels and minimum stock for each material to avoid shortages or excess

• Ensure recipe data (recipe/BOM), units, and purchase prices in ESB are always accurate and up-to-date

• Monitor stock opname and analyze stock variance

• Control food cost and COGS according to targets

About you

• Minimum S1 education (Management, Industrial Engineering, Culinary Arts, or related field)

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B purchasing, minimum 1-2 years in a supervisor or manager position

• Proficient in ESB (purchasing module, inventory, recipe/BOM, stock opname, and reporting)

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP)

• Strong negotiation, analysis, and attention to detail capabilities

• Experience in cloud kitchen, multi-brand, or multi-outlet is a plus

• Understanding of ESB integration with GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood is a plus
