About the role

Konstruksi is seeking a Purchasing Konstruksi professional to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site in our Bali location. As Purchasing Konstruksi, you will play a critical role in managing the procurement operations that support our construction and logistics business. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services essential to our operations. This role is strategically important to our success, ensuring we maintain cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of resources across all our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing suppliers, contractors and vendors for construction materials, equipment and services

• Negotiating contracts, terms, pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve optimal value and quality

• Preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies

• Managing supplier relationships and maintaining communication to ensure timely and complete delivery of orders

• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with operations teams to align procurement with project requirements

• Evaluating supplier performance and quality of goods received against agreed specifications

• Maintaining detailed records of purchases, costs and supplier information in procurement systems

• Liaising with project managers and site teams to understand material and equipment needs

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending alternative suppliers or products where appropriate

• Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company procedures and relevant regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management within the construction, manufacturing or logistics industry

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms without compromising quality

• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment and industry standards relevant to the construction sector

• Proficiency in procurement software and systems, with strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple purchase orders and suppliers simultaneously

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles

• Preferably 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in a related industry

• Familiarity with supplier relationship management and vendor evaluation processes is advantageous
