• Maintain and update project progress in Monday.com daily.
• Track active projects, deadlines, responsible persons, and next steps.
• Follow up with team members on pending tasks and priorities.
• Coordinate workflow between sales, design, quotation, and procurement.
• Identify delays, missing information, or blocked tasks.
• Prepare simple project status updates for management.
• Help create a more structured and accountable office workflow.

Kualifikasi

• 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, project administration, operations coordination, or similar.
• Experience in construction, interior design, architecture, lighting, furniture, fit-out, or building materials preferred.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
• Confident reminding colleagues about deadlines and priorities.
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication
• Education : University Diploma
