ME QC Manager

About the role

As the ME QC Manager at PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama, Tbk', you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes for all electrical work on our construction projects in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the construction lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures for all electrical installations

2. Inspecting ME work at various stages of construction to identify and resolve any non-conformities

3. Liaising with project managers, engineers, and tradespeople to ensure effective coordination and timely issue resolution

4. Conducting regular audits and reporting on the quality of electrical work

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

1. 10+ years of experience as an ME QC Manager or similar role in the construction industry

2. Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and quality control best practices

3. Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
