Product Manager - Placement at Finance Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage product development and enhancement based on business and user requirements.

- Define product vision, requirements, priorities, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, UI/UX, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate product development, testing, implementation, and product releases.

- Prepare and maintain product documentation and ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner / Business Analyst or related roles.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and requirement analysis.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in financial services, banking, fintech, or other technology-driven industries is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and product/project management tools is preferred.
