Product Development - Food Ingredients

Job Summary:

As a Product Development in Food Ingredients, you will support food and beverage manufacturers by providing technical expertise, formulation guidance, and innovative ingredient solutions. You will work with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to identify market opportunities and introduce new applications, ensuring products meet industry trends and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on food ingredient properties and applications.

• Assist clients with formulation, trials, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with suppliers on new ingredient launches and updates.

• Monitor food industry trends and turn them into product opportunities.

• Conduct training and presentations for clients and sales teams.

• Ensure ingredient compliance with local and international regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in food ingredients, product development, or technical support.

• Knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and regulations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in distribution or B2B food ingredients is a plus.
