• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Demonstrates a strong calling and commitment to education.

• Possesses strong leadership, teamwork, and classroom management skills.

• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons in alignment with the school curriculum, vision, and values.

• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes students’ academic, social, and character development.

• Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ work while maintaining accurate records of students’ progress and development.

• Monitor students’ learning needs and provide appropriate guidance and support.

• Communicate professionally and proactively with parents regarding students’ progress, concerns, or well-being, offering guidance and recommendations when needed.

• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support school programs, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a positive role model, upholding the school’s values and fostering strong character in students.
