Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.

• Demonstrates a genuine calling and commitment to early childhood education.

• Passionate about working with young children; caring, patient, energetic, and creative.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Possesses good leadership, teamwork, and classroom management skills.

• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Able to create a safe, joyful, and nurturing learning environment that supports holistic child development.

• Willing to grow professionally and actively contribute to the school community and values.

Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and play-based learning activities in line with the school curriculum, vision, and values.

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive development.

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.

• Support and guide children’s character development through positive modeling and consistent routines.

• Communicate effectively and compassionately with parents regarding children’s progress, well-being, and any concerns, offering guidance and recommendations when needed.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school programs, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Uphold and reflect the school’s values in daily interactions with children, families, and the wider school community.
