PPC Specialist

About the role

The PPC Specialist (Production Planning & Control) develops and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet production targets and customer demand, while monitoring actual production output against plans and identifying deviations or potential delays.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet production targets and customer demand

• Monitor actual production output against production plans and identify deviations or potential delays

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and smooth production operations

• Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on production planning, output achievement, and material availability

• Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions to improve operational efficiency

• Maintain accurate production planning data using SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree from any major

• Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry

• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, material planning, inventory control, and production capacity

• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage

• Willing to work in Subang, West Java

• Willing to work 6 days a week on a shift system
