Manufacturing Engineer – General Assembly, Body, Paint & Stamping

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production processes across General Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Stamping, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

• Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.

• Support process improvement, line optimization, and waste reduction.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing procedures.

About you

• D3 / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production line improvement, and problem-solving techniques.

• General Assembly: Experience in automotive assembly lines, such as End-of-Line (EOL) testing, electrical assembly, vehicle fitting, and functional testing.

• Paint Shop: Experience in Plastic Painting and BIW (Body-in-White) Painting processes.

• Body Shop: Experience in automotive body welding, BIW assembly, and welding process improvement.

• Stamping: Experience in automotive stamping operations, press machines, and die processes.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work 6 days a week and be based in Subang, West Java.
