PPC Group Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PPC team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and business requirements.

• Ensure alignment between production schedules, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.

• Monitor production progress and take corrective actions to address potential delays or bottlenecks.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent material shortages and excess stock.

• Conduct capacity planning and demand analysis to support business growth.

• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and inventory performance.

• Prepare and present reports on production planning performance, inventory status, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a PPC Supervisor, Team Leader, or equivalent role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Inventory Control, Capacity Planning, and Supply Chain processes.

• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
