Plant Manager

• Own the annual operating plan and monthly production plan; deliver agreed output, schedule adherence, and customer service targets

• Run the daily management system: tiered performance meetings, shift handovers, and rapid escalation and resolution of losses

• Balance capacity, demand, labor, and materials through S&OP and production scheduling with Supply Chain

• Lead throughput and yield improvement, including OEE, changeover reduction, and bottleneck elimination, with Technical Support & Process

HSE Manager

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the occupational safety management system aligned to ISO 45001

• Lead risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities (hot work, confined space, lockout-tagout, working at height)

• Lead investigation of incidents and near-misses using structured root cause analysis; track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.

• Own the stop-work authority protocol and the site's emergency response and crisis management plans, including regular drills

• Oversee contractor SHE pre-qualification, induction, and on-site supervision
