Job Description:

• Experience And Understand about Law Manpower .

• Experience Handle Union or Bipartite / Tripartite.

• Experience Handle case Industrial Relation , Dispute workers / Employee

• Experience counseling of Manpower

• Understand and know how implementation and impact of OMNIBUS LAW to company.

• Socialize to employees regarding latest company policy and regulation

• Handle Recruitment ,Manpower Planning.

• Supervise and Handel Legal / permit related manufacture company.

• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good and Strong Leadership,

• Intiative and can give oponion / prespective thinking every case base on LAW MANPOWER

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English Plus Point)

• Hamble and can cooperation with another person ( Open Minded )
