Photo Studio Supervisor (GWK, Bali)

Responsible for leading the Photo Studio team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality photo production, and developing strategies to maximize photo sales and revenue. The role will also identify customer preferences, develop attractive photo packages or promotions, and drive the team to achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related supervisory position or 2–3 years of experience in a photography studio or similar industry

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Proficient in using professional cameras and lighting equipment

• Strong commercial and sales mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue

• Able to develop sales strategies, service packages, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset

• Proactive, fast learner, initiative-driven, and highly motivated to achieve targets

• Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational and sales targets

• Previous experience in studio operations, photography, sales, or a similar commercial role is preferred
