Personal Assistant – Fashion & Lifestyle Brand | Bali

About the role

You will support the development and management of a new fashion and lifestyle brand based in Bali, working from concept to production and e-commerce. You will be a trusted creative and operational right hand, helping turn ideas into a beautiful, well-organized and commercially strong brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand identity and collections

• Assist with creative direction and product ideas

• Organize photoshoots and content creation

• Support the development and management of the e-commerce store

• Manage calendars, appointments and meetings

• Contact suppliers and schedule appointments with manufacturers

• Research suppliers, materials, production options and prices

• Compare quotations and negotiate when necessary

• Follow samples and production from start to finish

• Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, models and other collaborators

About you

• Excellent spoken English is essential

• Proactive, reliable, organized and resourceful

• Comfortable working independently

• Strong fashion, interiors, photography or visual aesthetic

• Developed creative eye with understanding of quality, colors, fabrics, styling and branding

• Experience in fashion, production, e-commerce, social media, photography, styling or working with suppliers is a strong advantage
