Part-Time Sales Assistant

🏡 WE’RE HIRING: Part-Time Sales Assistant (Villa Sales – Ubud, Bali)

We are selling villas in Ubud and are looking for a proactive assistant to support our sales process.

Responsibilities

• Contact and build relationships with real estate agencies in Bali

• Respond to and follow up on incoming leads (WhatsApp, email, phone)

• Schedule and organize meetings and villa viewings

• Keep a simple record of leads and follow-up status

Requirements

• English: upper-intermediate or higher, spoken and written (mandatory)

• Confident communicating with foreigners and agencies by phone and WhatsApp

• Organized, responsive, and consistent with follow-ups

• Experience in property, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

• Based in Bali (priority) and able to travel to Ubud for viewings

• Own laptop/smartphone and stable internet connection
