Finance Accounting Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, sales reconciliation, and accounts receivable/accounts payable monitoring.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow reports, and AR/AP aging reports to support business decision-making.
• Review payment vouchers, online banking transactions, and supplier reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee tax reporting, tax reconciliation between Coretax and ERP systems, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Support internal audits, financial reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvements in finance and accounting processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, preferably within the retail or trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with Coretax or similar tax systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
