Night Audit

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and posting of charges to guest folios

• Supervising walk in, group, and OTA rate

• Reconcile daily financial records, including cash, credit card transactions, and departmental charges

• Prepare and review the night audit report, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly

• Handling Late Check in and Early Check out

• Manage guest concerns and complains at night

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position

• Proficient in English & PowerPro System

• Well groomed, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently during night hours whilst maintaining high standards of service
