Network Assistant Engineer

Spark Operations Technology establish a hyperscale AI Data Center in Batam, Indonesia, leveraging strategic location advantages, reliable energy infrastructure, and strong technical collaboration. The investment is structured in three phases, supported technically by Range Data, China's largest AI data center company.

Location: Nongsa, Batam, Indonesia. selected for its strategic proximity to regional markets, particularly Singapore, developed infrastructure, competitive land costs, supportive regulatory environment, and availability of skilled workforce. Total land acquisition of 30 hectares, starting with an initial 10 hectares in Phase 1.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive customer service desk task orders and complete the tasks (including answering calls, collecting materials from customers via email, etc.), and respond to customer service desk tasks within 5 minutes.

2. Assist the building manager in managing customer on-site operation procedures (customer shelving, communication with customers upon entry).

3. Inspect the cleanliness and equipment condition of the computer room according to customer requirements;

4. Responsible for handling customer call services during holidays and evening shifts (during shifts);

5. Cooperate with customers to do other after-sales work and solve customers' daily problems;

6. Cooperate with each building to issue emergency fault notices and change/maintenance notices;

7. Cooperate with customers to meet their data center customization requirements, assist the building staff in confirming the requirements, follow up on the customization requirements in a timely manner, and complete the delivery according to the planned timeline;

8. Cooperate with the customer service desk to collect and organize basic data materials for monthly and weekly reports from each building;

9. During delivery, cooperate with the customer to meet their customized data center requirements;

10. During the handover process, coordinate with each building to ensure proper testing and notification.

11. Notice shall be given within the notice period stipulated in the SLA Terms of Service;

12. Promptly address customer needs on-site;

13. Verify the accuracy of the reported data;

14. Comply with the operations and maintenance department's data center management regulations to improve customer satisfaction and avoid customer complaints.

15. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory

 Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above;

2. Majors related to network engineering, software engineering, information security, and Internet of Things engineering;

3. Over 3 years of experience in the data center industry, including over 1 year of management experience;

4. Possess fundamental knowledge of networking and be familiar with data center network architecture and network equipment principles;

5. Possess the ability to configure and debug network equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and locate network problems;

6. Possesses clear thinking, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and a responsible work attitude;

7. Willing to be assigned to overseas locations, which will be allocated according to the company's business development needs.
