Assistant Engineer Spray Painting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer – Spray Painting to support the optimization of spray painting processes, improve product quality, and enhance production efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure stable and effective painting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily spray painting operations

• Monitor and improve painting process performance

• Assist in troubleshooting paint quality issues

• Prepare process documentation and reports

• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Basic knowledge of spray painting or surface treatment processes is an advantage

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills
