Deskripsi pekerjaan
PT Kencana Maju Bersama is urgently seeking experienced Sales Managers at both the National Sales Manager (NSM) and Regional Manager (RM) levels. Opportunities are available for professionals specializing in specific product categories or managing the entire product portfolio, with a focus on retail markets and/or project-based sales.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or distribution
Minimum 3 years leading regional or national sales teams
Experience in building materials, steel, roofing, hardware, FMCG distribution, or similar industries
Understanding of distributors, building material stores, retailers, and B2B projects
Strong in leadership, negotiation, commercial planning, and data analysis
Willing to travel regularly for business purposes
Willing to be based in Surabaya
