About the role

Management Trainee (MT) is a development program for fresh graduation, fresh talent with potential to be trained as professional Sales & Marketing personnel and future leaders. Selected candidates will receive introductory materials including induction, product knowledge training, sales and marketing training, and on-the-job training (OJT) as pre-employees before being appointed as employees. The training period runs approximately 8 months. Each stage will be provided with incentives in the form of meal allowances (induction and field training stages) or monthly wages (OJT - pre-employee period). The induction period through pre-employee phase operates under a selection system where those who do not pass will be dismissed. Those who pass through the OJT period will be placed at branch offices throughout Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Complete induction and product knowledge training

• Participate in sales and marketing training programs

• Undertake on-the-job training (OJT) as pre-employee

• Develop professional sales and marketing capabilities

• Prepare for leadership roles within the organization

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA 3.25 out of 4.00

• Proactive and demonstrates integrity

• Possesses leadership qualities

• Physically and mentally healthy

• Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesian cities where company branches are located

• Demonstrates perseverance, fighting spirit, and does not give up easily

• High willingness to learn

• Not prone to pressure

• Willing to undergo training in Surabaya, Mojokerto, or branch offices in Indonesia

• Willing to commit to a work contract of up to 2 years after successfully completing OJT and will be permanent employee after it
