MICE/Tour Staff

About the role

Haryono Tours & Travel is seeking a talented and enthusiastic MICE/Tour Staff member to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that sits at the heart of our business operations, supporting the delivery of exceptional meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) experiences as well as curated tour programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in coordination and managing aspects of MICE events including conferences, corporate meetings, and incentive travel programmes from initial planning through to post-event evaluation

• Liaising with clients, venues, and third-party service providers to ensure flawless event execution and delivery of all contracted services

• Assisting in the development and implementation of tour itineraries, ensuring all activities, accommodation, and transportation arrangements meet client expectations and quality standards

• Handling customer inquiries, delivering presentations and providing comprehensive information about available MICE packages and tour offerings

• Contributing to the development of marketing materials and promotional content for MICE and tour services

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in the tourism, hospitality, or events industry, preferably with exposure to MICE or tour operations

• Knowledge of Jakarta's attractions, accommodation options, and transportation networks

• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with additional language skills being advantageous

• Ability to drive a car will be advantageous

• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours and/or outside office/town when events or tours require it

• A genuine passion for tourism and creating positive experiences for clients and guests
