About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Padel to join our team at PT Tamora Padel Nusantara, based in Jakarta Selatan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our padel facilities. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere whilst managing front office operations with professionalism and efficiency. This position is crucial to the success of our business, as you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our community and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression

• Manage reception desk operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling enquiries in a timely manner

• Process memberships, bookings, and court reservations using our facility management system

• Handle payment processing, invoicing, and cash management with accuracy and integrity

• Maintain detailed records of member information and facility usage data

• Provide information about padel facilities, membership packages, and available services

• Resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary

• Assist with scheduling maintenance and ensuring the facility remains clean and well-maintained

• Support marketing initiatives and promote membership packages to potential clients

• Coordinate with coaching staff and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services roles, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or sports industry

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software, with a willingness to learn new technology

• Multilingual abilities (Indonesian and English preferred) to serve our diverse membership base

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• A professional appearance and positive attitude towards personal development

• Knowledge of padel or other racquet sports is advantageous but not essential
