Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). This full-time role will be based in Jakarta Raya and will play a crucial part in driving new business development for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

3. Conducting face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

4. Preparing and presenting professional proposals and sales presentations

5. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals

6. Providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

8. Continuously seeking to expand your product and industry knowledge

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the Facility Management Services both soft services and hard services.

2. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand and address client needs

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

4. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools

5. Minimum Bachelor Degree from any Major

6. Minimum 5 years experiences as Sales in Facility Management Services or any related Service Industry.

7. Have a good knowledge and experience about ESG implementation in Facility Services is a plus.
