About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Kelapa Gading Jakarta office. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in developing and executing visual concepts for our diverse range of projects. As a Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of our creative process, transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that communicate our brand values and engage our target audiences. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative design solutions whilst working collaboratively with a dynamic and passionate team.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including branding materials, marketing collateral, and promotional content

• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects and communications

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand design briefs and project requirements

• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise design concepts and gather feedback

• Utilise design software and tools to create polished final deliverables that meet client specifications and timelines

• Conduct design research and stay informed of current design trends, industry standards, and best practices

• Incorporate client feedback and revisions to refine designs and ensure satisfaction with final outputs

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across multiple mediums and styles

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts clearly

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also managing projects independently

• Strong time management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design challenges

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished work

• Familiarity with Indonesian design aesthetics and cultural nuances is highly advantageous

• Experience in digital design, web design, or user experience (UX) design is preferred
