About the role

We are seeking a talented MEP Engineer to join our growing team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse building projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As an MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This position is integral to ensuring that our projects meet technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations whilst maintaining sustainability principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects using industry-standard software and tools

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for construction and tender purposes

• Conduct load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance

• Perform site inspections and conduct quality assurance checks during construction and installation phases

• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and implement project modifications

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and international standards

• Prepare cost estimates and contribute to project budgeting and resource planning

• Support the development of sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and maintain communication with project teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in MEP design and engineering

• Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or equivalent tools

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing design principles

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to Indonesia

• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Professional Engineering qualification or registration (desirable)

• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) coordination (preferred)

• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standards (preferred)
