About the role

We are seeking a talented Electric Engineer to join thebutterbeats in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work on innovative electrical and electronic engineering projects. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and solutions that drive our business forward. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical and electronic systems and components to meet project specifications and industry standards

• Conduct circuit analysis, simulations, and prototyping to validate design concepts and functionality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components

• Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and engineering reports

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on electrical equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to projects

• Participate in the selection and procurement of electrical components and materials

• Support project implementation from conception through to commissioning and ongoing maintenance

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation within the electrical engineering function

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in electrical and electronic system design and development

• Strong proficiency with electrical CAD software and simulation tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or SPICE

• Solid understanding of circuit theory, power systems, and electronic components

• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments

• Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation is desirable

• Experience with PCB design and embedded systems is preferred

• Professional certifications or memberships in electrical engineering bodies are advantageous
