About MixWork & Our Client
MixWork is a Singapore-based Employer of Record (EOR) and BPO partner that helps international companies build and manage offshore teams in Indonesia, handling local compliance, HR administration, and talent operations on their behalf.
Our client is a China-based healthcare and medical travel services provider expanding its presence in Indonesia. The client connects Indonesian patients with complimentary second medical opinion consultations and medical travel programs to China, and is building a network of local healthcare and channel partners to support this expansion.
Role Summary
The Medical Partnership Representative is responsible for building and nurturing a network of referral channels — hospitals, clinics, practitioners, pharmacies, insurance brokers, and medical travel agencies — that can direct patients toward the client's second-opinion and medical travel programs. Strong interpersonal skills, an existing healthcare network, and consistent field presence in Jakarta are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain patient referral channels: public and private hospitals, independent medical practitioners, pharmacies, insurance brokers, and medical travel agencies.
Educate channel partners on the client's referral pathways (complimentary second medical opinion and medical travel-to-China programs) through informational briefings and small-group sessions.
Organize and participate in health talks and community outreach events to raise awareness of the referral pathway among healthcare providers and the public.
Maintain CRM records of channel visits and referral case progress through weekly self-entry; submit weekly activity reports including a day-by-day plan-versus-actual view.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing levels, and patient needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
D3/S1 degree or above; background in nursing, pharmacy, public health, biology, or clinical medicine preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as pharmaceutical/medical liaison work, clinic patient coordination, health insurance services, or medical travel coordination.
Native Indonesian speaker with working proficiency in English (written and spoken), required for coordination and reporting with the China-based team.
Willing to conduct frequent field visits within Greater Jakarta and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to other islands.
High integrity, service-oriented mindset, and a long-term approach to building professional reputation and trust with partners.
Proficient in WhatsApp and common office software.
Nice to Have
An existing network of doctors or clinics, particularly in oncology, cardiovascular, ENT (THT), or pediatrics.
