About us

TreeNut Cheezery makes plant-based cheeses in Bali from cashews grown and hand-cracked by the Muntigunung community in north-east Bali. Our cheeses are halal and BPOM certified, award-winning, and sold in shops, cafés, restaurants and hotels across Bali and in Jakarta. We're good at making cheese. We're bad at telling people about it. That's where you come in.

About the role

This isn't just a social media job. You'll spend most of your time with people: the shops that stock us, our customers, partner brands, influencers and event planners. You'll plan your own month, agree it with us, then get on with it. You'll report to our Operations Manager, track your time, and send a short update at the end of each day.

What you'll do

• Create and launch promos and giveaways through WhatsApp broadcasts and Meta ads

• Run product tastings at our stockists, and visit every Bali stockist at least once a month

• Set up collaborations with brands and influencers that share our values

• Plan holiday campaigns (Christmas, Lebaran, Nyepi) and design the graphics in Canva

• Keep our social media up to date

• Build and look after our WhatsApp customer list

• Report every month on what we spent and what it brought back

Nice to have

• Experience with WhatsApp Business broadcasts and Meta Ads Manager

• Contacts in Bali's food, hospitality, wellness or wedding scene

• Your own laptop

What we offer

• Rp 5,000,000 per month (negotiable)

• Fuel allowance for stockist visits and other work travel

• BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and THR

• Hybrid: 3 days a week at our office in Singapadu Kaler, Gianyar (near Ubud), 1 day visiting stockists, 1 day remote

• An initial 3-month contract, with the aim of a permanent role

• A small team where your work shows up directly in the results
