PT Cosmax Indonesia, a global leader in cosmetic ODM/OEM manufacturing, is expanding its business and looking for a Marketing & Business Development Staff to develop the Surabaya market.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in cosmetic product development, OEM/ODM manufacturing, or business development in the beauty industry who are ready to grow their career in a global cosmetics manufacturing company.

Expected Joining Period: June - July 2026

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development or project management in OEM / ODM cosmetic manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of cosmetic product development and business development.
4. Good understanding of cosmetic trends and the market in Surabaya and globally.
5. Must be domiciled in Surabaya.
6. Existing network with cosmetic brands in Surabaya will be a strong advantage
7. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

   Workplace: Onsite on Pakuwon Tower: Jl. Embong Malang No. 21 - 31, Kedungdoro, Kec. Tegalsari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Lantai 27 Unit 2719 (Cosmax Indonesia)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08.00 – 17.00
